Why EYGC?
Europe’s economy relies on SMEs and NGOs, yet only a fraction have adopted comprehensive sustainability practices. Our project addresses the ‘missing middle’ – organizations that lack the resources for expensive consultants but are eager to go green. By combining Latvian grassroots agility, Norwegian sustainability innovation, and Lithuanian VET expertise, we are building a transnational ecosystem for green vocational skills.

Da Vinci Nordic
Norway
Located in Oslo, Da Vinci Nordic serves as the consortium’s innovation hub. Specializing in digital learning and sustainable development, they bring the advanced ‘Nordic Model’ of environmental responsibility to the partnership.
Latvijas Jauniešu Attīstības Centrs
Latvia
Based in Riga, LJAC is the project’s lead coordinator. With deep roots in the youth sector, LJAC specializes in non-formal education and social entrepreneurship. They bring the ‘user perspective’ to the project, ensuring that all tools are accessible to rural youth and small NGOs.
Menų ir dizaino mokymo centras
Lithuania
The Arts and Design Training Center is a leading Vocational Education and Training (VET) provider in Kaunas and Alytus. They bring formal educational rigor to the project. They specialize in creative industries – from ceramics to visual advertising.
