Leading the EYGC project is the Latvian Youth Development Center (LJAC)!
Based in Riga, LJAC is on a mission to solve society’s “painful problems” – from youth unemployment to social inequality. We believe that you cannot solve these problems without looking at the environment.
Why Green Careers? LJAC knows that the jobs of the future are green. But in rural areas, access to this training is often limited. By connecting Latvian youth with SMEs and providing them with cutting-edge tools, we are solving two problems at once:
Reducing youth unemployment.
Helping local businesses become sustainable.
We are proud to lead this consortium. Together, we are making the “Green Transition” a reality for the next generation.
