We are getting closer to the finish line for Activity 2! 
On April 16th 2026 we had a highly productive monthly coordination call with our project partners from Latvia 
, Lithuania 
and Norway 
.
We have some fantastic news to share from the engine room: The draft for the Matrix Generator is officially ready! Even more, the IT tool behind our upcoming NGO and SME Green Actions Generator has successfully passed the internal review and evaluation process and is now ready to be deployed.
Over the next few weeks, our technical team will be working hard on deploying this main Activity 2 deliverable directly to our project website. Very soon, organizations will have free access to a fully functional, interactive tool that generates practical, step-by-step sustainability roadmaps.
