On March 4th, our consortium had its second online planning meeting for Activity 2: The NGO and SME Green Actions Generator. We are actively reviewing our work plan and designing the digital matrix that will soon help organizations reassess their environmental impact.
This interactive generator focuses heavily on practical principles like Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Repair, and Recycle, giving workplaces a concrete roadmap for sustainable transformation.
But we aren’t just staying behind our screens! Today’s call is our final preparation before a major project milestone. From March 6th to 11th, the entire EYGC team (Latvia 
, Lithuania 
and Norway 
) will be meeting in person in Kaunas, Lithuania!
Hosted by our partner MENDIZ, this multi-day event will be incredibly hands-on. We will be developing the generator matrix together, validating the work completed so far, and jointly implementing next eco-friendly solutions.
